Epik High Dallas Concert reviews
Abysmal - The accommodations of this venue are the poorest!
The lines to get in the venue extend for blocks!! A 7pm concert but guests aren't allowed access to their seats until 7:30pm. DJ Kool's sound kept going out. Ella Mai's team supposedly caused the delay in the show and Ella Mai didn't perform. The Queen Epik High sets the stage on fire at 9:30pm, which meant we had to cut out early because it was a Sunday evening. There were no screens to display the opening act Queen Naija, unless you were in the first few rows you couldn't see her. We are off to a bad start. A 7pm concert but guests aren't allowed access to their seats until 7:30pm. There is no DJ prior to the start of the show which began started at 8:16pm.
I am rooting for the Black Promoters Collective. I strongly suggest they look for venues that have adequate event staffing, to aid with the flow of the guest during entry and exit. Communicate with there are issues, instead of leaving guest in the dark about what is causing delays. There seems to be very little consideration given to customer satisfaction! I feel like the attitude of the venue and the promoters is, we got the money and we are worried about the experience. Do better! I am going to keep my hard earned money in my pocket for a while.
